"People" is part of system

As technology getting advance and advance, to a level of able to automate some process originally control by human ( 'people' ), it bring efficiency and effectiveness to process, however, it makes decrease of morale of people to work.

I believe a lot of consultant faced the situation before, where client or key user just want everything to be automated, including the "Print" button of the summary report. It is fair of these request as client is paying for better solutions for their daily works, but in my opinion, "People" is always key factor of an effective and efficient system. In another words, system is a tools for people to deliver better quality of outcome in works.

Think about from example below,

-->
We might have fantastic material and ingredient for food ('system'), however, a fantastic food still depend on effort and skill from a chef ('people'), to "integrate" all material into better outcome
<--

This Post is to cheer up all my co-workers and friends, when user intend to ignore themselves in system, do not feel sad, but we should bring them back for better outcome.

-- When all the solution is for people, shouldn't people is a key for solutions?--
